团队知识共享的动力机制及其作用效果:研究述评

摘要：

近20年来,有关知识共享的研究从产生、发展到日趋成熟.本文聚焦团队层面的知识共享研究,针对知识共享的动力机制及其影响结果对国内外文献进行综述.首先,梳理了知识共享研究早期发展历程中形成的不同理论视角.其次,聚焦团队层面知识共享这一新兴的研究方向,对相关实证研究结果进行综述与分析,整理了团队知识共享的前因变量和影响结果.最后,提出了这一方向未来研究值得继续探索的问题.
