企业研发投入的驱动因素分析——基于中国上市公司企业家精神角度

企业研发(R&D)投入是创新的基础,而企业研发投入又取决于企业家的决策,其中企业家精神是影响其决策行为的关键因素。为实现"大众创业、万众创新",探究影响企业自主创新的驱动因素并如何增强其影响是现在亟需解决的问题。本文以中国上市公司2005～2009年数据为样本,通过主成分分析量化企业家精神的三个方面:经营能力、创业能力和创新能力,之后实证考察了企业家精神对企业R&D投入的影响。研究发现,企业家经营能力会减少企业R&D投入,而创业能力和创新能力则会显著增加企业R&D投入。并且,知识产权保护会一定程度上抑制企业家精神,金融创新则会放大企业家精神对企业R&D投入的影响,而所有权性质的不同也会影响企业家精神。本文从企业家精神的角度分析企业研发投入的驱动因素,为实现产业升级与自主创新能力提高提供新的经验证据。
