摘要
人类对能源安全的担忧和环境恶化的焦虑,使得充分利用可再生能源已经成为全球共识。以太阳能、风能为代表的大规模可再生能源并网发电已经成为新型电力系统不可阻挡的发展趋势,对电力系统深层次的影响正在凸显,各国学术界和工程界均给予极大关注。该文的目的,在于综述国内外大规模光伏发电研究现状,探究光伏发电与电力系统间交互影响的因素,提炼存在的学术和工程问题,理清下一步研发思路。论文从电力系统规划、仿真、调度、控制角度,重点讨论了大规模光伏系统的建模与仿真、大规模光伏接入对系统动态和稳态特性的影响、大规模光伏外送及消纳的关键技术分析;同时,根据作者观点,分类提出了可进一步研究的重点内容,供读者参考。
