摘要：

A new class of initial-boundary value problems with nonlocal conditions on the Newton potential for the case of a hyperbolic equation with characteristic degeneration were set and studied. The a priori estimates of Sobolev norms for the solutions are established. Moreover, some estimates for the standard Bessel functions were established.
