摘要
The formative evaluation of the professional pedagogical mode of action of the Bachelor of Physical Culture student constitutes a widely used resource today by converting it into a teaching-learning process in itself. In this regard, at the Faculty of Physical Culture of Santiago de Cuba research is being carried out to deepen this category due to the importance it has in solving the main weakness revealed in the external evaluation process of the major, that allows the identification as a scientific problem the insufficiencies in the formative approach of the evaluation during the training process of the physical culture student that affects their subsequent performance. The objective of the research is to develop actions for the formative evaluation of the physical-motor mode of performance of the students of the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Culture of Santiago de Cuba from the main integrative discipline Investigative Labor Training. The research seeks to signify the physical-motor aspects from their cognitive, procedural and attitudinal dimensions as a distinctive element of the Physical Culture professional's mode of action are highlighting. To develop the study, theoretical methods such as analytical-synthetic, inductive- deductive, document review and from the empirical level observation, expert judgment, surveys and interviews were used.
