摘要
In this study grapevine wastes were used as significant sources of bioactive compounds with antifungal properties. So, hydroalcoholic extracts were from Feteasca regala 72 St. and Feteasca neagra 6 St. canes, and grapevine leaves, which have been characterized for total polyphenol content and antioxidant activity, and evaluated for their antifungal effect against the Alternaria solani and Fusarium oxysporum pathogens. The extracts were obtained using the classical method, and a part of these were enhanced with silver nanoparticles. The leaf extract (at a concentration of 15%) inhibited 100% the growth of phytopathogenic fungi in the laboratory conditions.
