摘要：
A review, with 35 refs., of mesoporous silicas used as carriers for non- steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen, indomethacin, naproxen and nimesulide. Silicas significantly improved the bioavailability of the drug as a result of increased dissoln. kinetics due to their well-developed adsorbent surface area.
