摘要
Under the conditions of the electricity market, electricity producers.as the stakeholders, face the background of game competition in their investment decisions. It is necessary to study the power planning model and the source-network cooperation optimization model adapted to the investment competition between multiple stakeholders at the planning level. In this study, a complete investigation of the dispersion, autonomy and interest motivation of the investment planning of interest subject, through incomplete decision information transfer between the subject to complete the individual's own investment decision optimization, forming the Nash equilibrium solution of individual leading power sources planning under the market competition environment based on the potential game theory is presented. Then, the source-network collaborative iterative optimization model is developed. The numerous uncertainties caused by price fluctuations, random production of new energy, and load forecasting errors are solved by multi-disciplinary collaborative optimization algorithm. The simulation results show that the self-interest and autonomy of the stakeholders are fully improved, and the model has good optimization ability and convergence, which proves the validity of potential game theory for source-network planning.
