3D dispersion measurement of metamaterial

摘要
This study presents a novel method for reconstructing three-dimensional dispersion from two-dimensional near-field measurements. The metamaterial based on orthogonal sets of wires was studied. The phenomena of wavevector discretization due to Fabry-Perot resonances in finite sample enables dispersion analysis. Hyperbolic dispersion was confirmed in a wide frequency range.
