摘要
The surface plasmon resonance (the SPR phenomenon) sensors are currently being used as essential instruments for medical testing, particularly when it comes to the identification of biomarkers such as cancerous tumors. This square enclosed I-frame refractive index biosensor (SEIFRIB) for the determination of blood (Jurkat cell) and adrenal (PC12 cell) cancerous cells represents the simulation study and analysis for quick recognition and towering performance analysis. The novel properties of the gold used as the resonator material give a surface plasmon resonance effect which can be a more suitable sensor analysis technique during the detection of cancerous cells more precisely. This SPR phenomenon is attributed to its distinctive tendency for localizing electrical oscillations at the point of intersection among a dielectric (which could be air or water) and a metal (specifically gold) while stimulated with light. The towering sensitivity of 714.28 nm/RIU and 642.85 nm/RIU along with towering quality factor values of 651.23 and 616.79 to recognize the Jurkat cancer cell and PC12 cancer cell correspondingly. The lower detection limit values of 0.0015 and 0.0021, while the towering figure of merit values of 301.38 and 256.11 have been getting for Jurkat cancer cell and PC12 cancer cell correspondingly. The aforementioned sensor features the capability of identifying biological substances, which is attributed to its towering sensitivity and simplistic design.
