摘要
This article addresses the importance of detecting usability issues in the early stages of software development to ensure product success and avoid additional errors and costs. Through a systematic literature review based on Kitchenham's methodology (2007), the study analyzes research on usability evaluation during the requirements definition stages and design. Seven research questions are formulated to gather data on early evaluation methods, objectives, issues, recommendations, user types, organizational size, and application sectors of these evaluations. Emphasis is placed on detecting usability issues, and 31 relevant studies are analyzed. Finally, observations and recommendations are provided for future research in the usability field.
