摘要
We experimentally demonstrate broadband mid-infrared wavelength conversion using a germanium-on-silicon waveguide with conversion efficiency up to -28.72 dB under a continuous-wave pump at 3.56 mu m. The measured conversion bandwidth is about 390 nm. (C) 2024 The Author(s)
