摘要
To exclude urothelial carcinoma, cystoscopic evaluation is recommended in cases of asymptomatic hematuria in conjunction with a history of smoking. Lo-tan et al. wanted to know whether the use of a genome-based urine test in patients with microhematuria and low risk could reduce the frequency of cystoscopies and conducted a randomized clinical trial.
