摘要
The dispatching control system of smart grid in Mengxi Power Grid generally takes the actual output of new energy to participate in the calculation of future power generation and consumption balance. The main reason for not using new energy forecast is that on the one hand, the deviation of ultra-short-term new energy forecast is large, on the other hand, the current large-scale construction of new energy is connected to the grid, and the new energy access mode of regional power grid is very complicated. The above factors may lead to inaccurate bus load prediction in local areas, and the adoption of new energy forecast data will also lead to large deviation in local area calculation of future state power flow, which will affect real-time security dispatch of power grid. This paper studies how to reduce the deviation between the calculation results of future state power flow and actual power flow and improve the accuracy of real-time planning power flow calculation from the aspects of small unit modeling and participating in safety check calculation method. The empirical results show that the modeling and participating in safety check calculation method of small unit has significantly improved the accuracy of future state power flow calculation results under complex access of large-scale new energy, which strongly supports the market clearing calculation.
