摘要
In conclusion, managing and treating chronic wounds is a complex process that requires integrating elements such as risk assessment, knowledge of healing phases, and multidisciplinary teamwork. Risk assessment, correct management of healing phases, and understanding how to evaluate wounds ensure successful results in treating chronic wounds. Different wound dressings' effectiveness and clinical applications significantly contribute to the healing process when each dressing is applied to the correct wound. New biotechnological wound dressings and nanotechnology offer significant advances, especially for resistant wounds. In the future, innovations such as real-time monitoring and AI-powered personalized wound care will revolutionize chronic wound management. These innovations will improve patients' quality of life and enable more effective outcomes in chronic wound care.
