摘要
The assessment of visual satisfaction in urban sculpture spaces has emerged as a topic of paramount interest due to the increased emphasis given to aesthetic quality and the general quality of urban environments. Such an evaluation usually entails making qualitative observations on items such as public art installations and sculptures, meaning findings need to comprise multiple perspectives and choices. To this end, a clear and comprehensive decision support model is required that adequately weighs the concerns of style in relationship to the environment and culture. Hence, this paper proposes the disc interval-valued fermatean fuzzy set (D-IVFFS) based decision-making framework for evaluating the MCDM problems associated with uncertainties in urban sculptures. D-IVFFS improves the decision making flexibility due to better quantification of uncertainties and impreciseness in comparison with conventional fuzzy systems. Due to the combination of interval-valued fuzzy logic with disc geometry, D-IVFFS offers a form of more flexible, efficient, and accurate approach for managing uncertainty than F-sets. It is integrated with the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method for increasing the effectiveness of evaluation and ranking of options in benefit-cost context. The proposed framework can provide stable and reliable decision results even if the decision makers are in different levels of uncertainty. The real-life problems are illustrated in the twelve case studies, which prove the cogency and versatility of the D-IVFFS-COPRAS method as a certain, useful solution to various decision-making issues.
