摘要
Uniform Standards for Civil Building Design (GB50352-2019) of China has stipulated that the durability life of the main structure for particularly important buildings is 100 years. At present, the design service life of buildings in China and developed countries in Europe and America is mostly designed by 50 years. However, there is no systematic century-old structural design method in the current codes. Due to the relatively short service life of buildings, a lot of resources are wasted. In view of the above problems, it is necessary to study the life-cycle design method and structural measures for century buildings further. Based on the structural reliability analysis and seismic evaluation of a concrete industrial factory with design service life exceeded 50 years in Shenyang, the status of the main structure and envelope structure, the material strength and the degradation of the bearing capacity of the concrete structure have been analyzed in this paper. Based on the existing buildings with a service life of 50 years, the feasibility of a century-old building can be inferred, and the development of century-old concrete structural design is provided.
