摘要
Introduction: Currently the world is facing a severe environmental crisis, therefore, different international organizations highlight the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), which can also have a positive impact internally in organizations, for example, in the sense of labor belonging (SPL) of the workers. Objective: The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between CSR and SPL in a sample of 150 workers (70 men and 80 women) from a textile industry in Arequipa. Method: The research was carried out from the quantitative paradigm, it had a non-experimental design, it was applied and at a descriptive- correlational level. Data collection occurred through the application of Andia's CSR questionnaire (2020) and Herrera's (2012) sense of workplace belonging questionnaire, validated in Peru by Cruz (2020). Results: By relating both variables, a Rho=.83 was obtained; the majority of workers perceived medium levels of CSR (75%); The levels of CSR perceived according to dimensions were analyzed and it was determined that 25% perceived high levels in the promotion and cooperation dimension of social development: 23% perceived high levels of responsibility with society: 25% perceived high levels of information, communication and transparency. It was determined that general levels of SPL were positively related to the dimensions of the CSR variable. Conclusion: It was determined that CSR is positively and strongly related to workers' sense of workplace belonging.
