摘要
Based on the cooperation information between central hospitals and primary hospitals, the study discusses and analyses the internal decision-making and effective operation and management of the telemedicine consortium system using information management technology, and systematically establishes an evolutionary game model for the cooperation between central hospitals and primary hospitals in the consortium in telemedicine services. The study effectively reveals the complex cost-benefit relationship between the core interests under the medical consortium, and further systematically analyses the decision-making law through case simulation, so as to provide an auxiliary reference for the internal decision-making and operation management of the telemedicine consortium, and provide a reference for the development of artificial intelligence as well as cloud storage technology in telemedicine.
