摘要
In the digital transformation age, services of academic libraries are often associated with digital products. These software applications are usually developed and operated by universities or university libraries. A systematic approach is necessary to meet the diverse support needs of researchers as well as the high demands of software engineering. This article shows that Agile Service Engineering provides such a framework for the development of a research-oriented digital service portfolio at university libraries. The article will introduce the theoretical foundations of the concept, informed by practice-based experiences and findings.
