摘要
This article examines the transformative potential of Blockchain technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in revitalising the Disabled People's Movement (DPM). Addressing challenges faced by traditional Disabled People's Organisations (DPOs), it explores how decentralised governance, cryptocurrency-based funding, and AI-driven tools can empower Disabled People, dismantle societal barriers, and create new opportunities for advocacy, activism, and employment. By highlighting these innovations, the article underscores the urgency for Disabled People to lead this technological shift, ensuring a transparent, inclusive, and future-proof movement rooted in self-determination and equality.
