摘要
Industrial exoskeletons can physically support the workforce during manual activities. Depending on the area of application, exoskeletons feature different designs, support characteristics, and technical properties. System engineers should consider varying parameters due to the direct coupling of humans and technology. This paper takes up this initial situation and describes central elements and methods in a transdis- ciplinary and iterative design process of industrial exoskeletons. For this purpose, it sensitizes for the overall development complexity and supports an application-oriented system design. © 2024, VDI Fachmedien GmBH & Co. KG. All rights reserved.
