摘要
A pulsed LD end-pumped multi-segment and multi-concentration (MSMC) Tm: YAG laser with the combination of microchannel heat dissipation technique and indium sealing technology is reported for the first time. At last, the maximum output energy of 1.06 J is achieved for MSMC Tm: YAG laser at pump energy of 4.46 J, repetition rate of 10 Hz, and duty cycle of 75 %, corresponding to the optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 22.2 %.
