摘要
In order to realize the strategy of low-carbon economic development in China, a low-carbon economic operation strategy of an integrated energy system (IES) considering liquefied natural gas (LNG) is proposed to improve the economy of system operation. First, a stepped carbon trading mechanism is introduced into the system to delineate carbon emission zones. Then, an incentive mechanism that allows LNG gasification stations, which combine gas supply and cold power generation, to participate in carbon market trading is introduced to improve the carbon emission model. Finally, a low carbon economic dispatch model of IES considering LNG is constructed. By setting up different scenarios for comparative analysis, the experimental results show that the model reduces the carbon emission and the total cost of operation of the system, and improves the consumption capacity of wind power and PV.
