摘要
In this article, a space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM)-based phase-shifting fault-tolerant control (SB-PS-FTC) method with single-phase current sensor is proposed for permanent-magnet (PM) motor drive systems. Under the specific stationary coordinate system, the current loop is split into a healthy system and a fault-tolerant system. The alpha/alpha-axis can always reflect the healthy phase by modifying the alpha beta-axis with different fault types. The feedback current of the fault-tolerant system is replaced by the estimate value, while the reference value is obtained by phase-shifting of the estimated healthy system current. Although motor parameters are used in the calculation of the estimated cur rents, parameter variations do not affect the performances of SB-PS-FTC. SB-PS-FTC shows stronger robustness to parameter variations and better steady-state performances compared with the virtual mover-based FTC (VMB-FTC) and existing HCC-based PS-FTC (HB-PS-FTC). Meanwhile, with a hybrid strategy combining PS-FTC and VMB-FTC adopted in SB-PS-FTC, satisfactory transient-state performances can be achieved. The theoretical analysis and experimental results verify the effectiveness of SB-PS-FTC.
