摘要
Aiming at the challenges, brought by the diversified development of energy generation structures, for the stability control of load frequency of interconnected power system, a secondary frequency control model with battery energy storage considering capacity degradation based on the rapid responding characteristics of battery energy storage is presented in this paper. Then, the active disturbance rejection control algorithm is introduced into the model free active control, and a model free active disturbance rejection controller is designed. Next, a control method for battery energy storage is established, which participated in frequency regulation. Then, the frequency variation of the system under different operating conditions is analyzed by simulation. Finally, the system frequency change under the action of this control method is analyzed by simulation under different working conditions, which verifies the superiority of the control algorithm designed in this paper.
