摘要:
Port power system could replace the conventional diesel generators to realize Marine load supply, which effectively relief the worldwide energy crisis and carbon emissions. Energy router that has multi-terminal and multi-voltage level is the core equipment of port power system. Confronting with the uncertainty fluctuation impact of renewable energy, this paper proposes a two-layer scenario-driven robust planning method for multi-port power system via cooperative game. The proposed method find out the most conservative scenario probability of the system and then solve the robust configuration result. Meanwhile, the conservative degree of the system can be adjusted by modifying the confidence of the comprehensive norm. The C&CG algorithm is used to improve the solution efficiency. The case study results show that the proposed planning method can effectively improve the economy of the entire and individual port power systems and reduce the influence of uncertainty renewable energy fluctuations.
