摘要
This study investigates entrepreneurial intentions and education among high school and technical institute students at federal institutes in Brazil. Data were collected through a digital survey distributed to 127 students and analysed using SPSS software, with the theoretical framework grounded in the Theory of Planned Behaviour. The findings indicate a predominant preference for career choices that enhance quality of life. Additionally, it was found that engagement in technical education positively correlates with entrepreneurial intentions. Students in their later academic years, as well as older students, display a heightened interest in entrepreneurship. Factors such as attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioural control were also significant predictors of entrepreneurial intentions within this cohort. The study underscores the need for a more robust integration of entrepreneurship education within the curricula of high schools and technical institutes.
