摘要：
Despite advances in drug therapy for ulcerative colitis, rates of primary and/or secondary treatment failure are still considerable. Numerous new agents have been developed and approved in recent years. In this article, we discuss case-based decision-making processes for selecting appropriate anti-inflammatory treatments in UC patients and summarize the principles of the various therapeutic strategies.
