摘要
Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (IPMSM) are commonly used in applications such as electric vehicles, industrial automation, and robotics due to their high efficiency and excellent performance. To address the dependency of Maximum Torque Per Ampere (MTPA) and Deadbeat Predictive Current Control (DPCC) on parameters in IPMSM, this work proposes a novel scheme that constructs MPTA and DPCC super local models for control through formula-based calculations, inspired by the concept of model-free control. The approach only requires sampling and calculation of past current and voltage to obtain super local model coefficients. These coefficients then replace motor parameters in control process, effectively mitigating the impact of parameter mismatches. Unlike traditional methods that rely on constructing observers to achieve model-free control, this scheme does not require observer stability verification and coordination of numerous control coefficients, making it straightforward and easy to implement. Additionally, the proposed scheme demonstrates superior performance in reducing current harmonics, minimising tracking errors, and enhancing energy savings. Comparative analysis with traditional schemes, supported by both simulation and experimental results, confirms the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
