摘要
By combining physical mixing and chemical dispersion techniques and utilizing water as the dispersing medium, we successfully developed an environmentally friendly aqueous slurry of nanoscale antimony tin oxide (nano-ATO). Additionally, this study investigated the effects of different types of dispersants, dispersant concentrations, pH levels, dispersion time, and ATO content on the water dispersion stability of the ATO aqueous slurries. The results showed that polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) exhibited a superior dispersion effect compared to the silane coupling agent KH602 and sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDBS). The optimal dispersion of the prepared nano-ATO slurry was achieved with a PVA dosage of 10%, ATO content of 10%, pH of 10, and dispersion time of 2.5 h. The development of a highly water-stable nano-ATO aqueous slurry not only facilitates large-scale industrial production of nanoscale slurries but also establishes a solid foundation for the preparation of high-performance transparent thermal insulation materials.
