摘要
Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is usually diagnosed at an advanced stage. Despite therapeutic advances, the 5-year survival rate is only 11% to 13%. If the disease is discovered at an early stage, the 5-year survival rate is much higher. There is therefore a rationale for early detection.
