摘要
This paper presents the construction of a multi-objective optimization platform based on Kriging surrogate model and NSGA-II algorithm. An optimization design was conducted, considering both the area-averaged adiabatic film cooling effectiveness and aerodynamic loss, for the laminated cooling configuration (LCC) with pin-fins and slot. Parametric modeling based on UG NX secondary development and Workbench platform realized the parameterization and automation of numerical simulation process, so as to improve the operation efficiency. The Kriging surrogate model is an effective tool for predicting the area-averaged adiabatic film cooling effectiveness (eta) and aerodynamic loss under different structural parameters. The maximum deviation of eta is 2.35%, while the maximum deviation of aerodynamic loss is 2.17%. The Spearman Rank-Order Correlation Coefficient (SROCC) is an effective approach for evaluating the correlation between design objectives and multiple design variables. Furthermore, it provides insight into the optimization direction of each design variable under the influence of multiple parameters, which is crucial for optimization design. Among the parameters, the slot height (S) and the inclination angle (alpha) exhibit the greatest sensitivity to eta . The effects of impingement hole diameter ( D imp 1 ) on eta can be considered insignificant. The pin-fins filling ratio (gamma) and impingement hole diameter ( D imp 1 ) exhibit the greatest sensitivity to aerodynamic loss among all structural parameters. The effect of slot height (S) and inclination angle (alpha) on aerodynamic loss is essentially identical.
