摘要
To obtain magnesium (Mg) alloys with long-term corrosion resistance, coatings with enhanced stability and selfhealing effect are necessary. This study in-situ produced a layered double hydroxides (LDHs) coating using hydrothermal method to process the cerium salt treated micro arc oxidation (MAO) coating in sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDBS)-modified graphene oxide (GO) solution (MgAlCe-LDHs@GO-SDBS), and further introduced 3,5-dinitrosalicylic (D) acid and quinolizic acid (Q) via anion-exchange method. The multiple effects of Ce, GO-SDBS, and corrosion inhibitors significantly enhanced the coatings' anti-corrosive and self-healing performance. The MgAlCe-LDHs@GO-S&D coating possessed significantly decreased corrosion current density of 3.6 x 10-9 A center dot cm-2.
