摘要
A novel photosensitizer, pyridine BODIPY (PBP), was synthesized for modifying Ti3C2Tx MXene via electrostatic interaction. Under NIR irradiation (2 W & sdot;cm- 2, 808 nm) coupled with an xenon lamp for 6 min, PBP-MXene (50 mu g & sdot;mL- 1) achieved a bacterial reduction of 99.8 % against E. coli and 99.7 % against S. aureus, which was attributed to the synergistic photothermal and photodynamic therapy (PTT and PDT). PBP showed a strong ability to produce reactive oxygen species (ROS). Combined with the outstanding PTT effect of MXene, the utilization of PBP-MXene can rapidly destroy the bacterial cell-walls and proteins, leading to the inactivation of bacterial.
