摘要
In the digital era, digital transformation is crucial for enhancing enterprise competitiveness. This study integrates the TOE (Technology-Organisation-Environment) framework with fsQCA to delve into the driving mechanisms and pathways of Chinese enterprise process digitization from multiple dimensions. Results indicate that high process digitization is the resultant synergy of numerous factors, with business processes and external driving forces serving as pivotal conditions. Three distinct configuration pathways have been identified: 'capital-driven', 'talent-led', and 'combined capital and talent'. Furthermore, there are two specific pathways for non-high enterprise process digitization levels. This study provides theoretical underpinning and practical guidance for Chinese enterprise digital transformation.
