摘要
In this paper, a novel encrypted waveform employing pseudo-random binary phase sequence (PRBPS) is introduced, which effectively disguises a regular waveform by presenting it with chaotic parameters. Besides, a processing method corresponding to the encrypted waveform is proposed to ensure the detection performance, where a special decryption method based on local detection is suggested and contributes to minimizing the degradation of signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) in extended target detection. Finally, numerical simulations highlight that the encrypted waveform can outperform some conventional waveforms in terms of low intercept and achieving reliable detection in the presence of extended targets. Meanwhile, the semiphysical experiment result is also shown to verify the engineering realizability of the proposed design.
