摘要
This article seeks to identify the practices and emotions related to managing two types of civil society organisations -food assistance and housing- in the La Matanza district (Buenos Aires, Argentina). Based on a qualitative research design, non-participant observations and in-depth interviews were conducted in both organisations. The people who manage them carry out a diversity of activities, marked by insufficiency, constant monitoring and "controls" and the impossibility of planning, which means that a "dayto-day basis" is an axis that organises their daily lives. This produces an emotional ecology (sensu Scribano) marked by mistrust and uncertainty among the different actors involved (State, managers, assistants).
