摘要
Transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) have attracted attention as the large magnetocrystalline anisotropy and highly tunable physical properties. Although the modulation of TMDs has been greatly progressed, the magnetic enhancement still need to be further investigated. Herein, hard-magnetic nanomaterials Cr2Te3-xMx (M = Se, S) were synthesized in a high-temperature organic liquid by anion doping. The doped samples showed significant enhancement in magnetic properties, especially saturation magnetization (Ms) and coercivity (Hc). The magnetic enhancement is attributed to the fact that Se, S doping changes the atomic spacing of the lattice, which in turn leads to an increase in the magnetic order of Cr2Te3. Overall, this work paves the way for the magnetic enhancement of Cr2Te3 obtained by anion doping, opening a new avenue for the design of high-performance magnet systems.
