摘要
This study investigates the torsional flow of nanofluid between two concentric cylinders under the influence of an externally applied magnetic field. The surface of the inner cylinder is considered to be convective, while the outer cylinder's surface is assumed to be insulated. Due to the high temperature gradient, the thermal conductivity of the nanofluid is supposed to be temperature-dependent, and the impact of thermal radiation is also utilized. The Koo-Kleinstreuer-Li (KKL) model is implemented to formulate the nanofluid model. The bvp4c MATLAB function is used to evaluate the effect of various parameters on the fluid temperature and flow rate after non-dimensionalizing the governing equations. The study provides a graphical representation of the behavior of the emergent parameters on the flow and thermal characteristics of the nanofluid. It has been noticed that when the Reynolds number increases, the temperature rate drops on the inner cylinder surface. In contrast, the temperature distribution in the fluid between the cylinders is affected accordingly.
