摘要
Introduction: Achalasia is a rare esophageal smooth muscle disorder. There is a global increase in the prevalence of obesity, so the coincidence of obesity and rare conditions like achalasia will more occur. Materials and Surgical Technique: Here we present the Heller myotomy and Dor fundoplication using gastric remnant in patient with history of one anastomosis gastric bypass (OAGB). Discussion: Heller myotomy and Dor fundoplication using gastric remnant is feasible with good results in patient with achalasia and history of OAGB.
