摘要
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are among the most common pollutants entering surface waters with wastewater from oil refining, shale processing, forest chemical, coke, aniline dye industries, in the process of timber rafting, as well as with wastewater from the hydrolysis industry. During the process of oil refining, catalytic and thermal cracking, wastewater containing PAHs is formed, which are very dangerous for the environment. To analyze such waters, we took 3 samples from points of the Oil Refinery (OR) and studied the content of PAHs in the wastewater using analytical methods. The content of heavy metals was also determined in these samples. In addition, the content of PAHs in seawater samples taken from the Caspian Sea was determined in parallel.
