摘要
This study assessed the chemo-radiological risks of naturally occurring uranium in groundwater from Dhule district, India, focusing on its potential health impacts. Water samples were collected across the district and analyzed for uranium concentration along with physicochemical parameters. The findings reveal significant uranium presence, raising concerns about human health. A thorough risk evaluation underscores the urgent need for continued investigation and the development of targeted mitigation strategies to minimize health risks. These results emphasize the importance of addressing uranium contamination in groundwater to protect public health in the affected area.
