摘要
Abstract—The results of experimental and statistical studies of the dependence of the mechanical properties of VT6 alloy rolled rods 20–155 mm in diameter on the chemical composition and lamellar structure parameters after various types of annealing are presented. Models to predict the ultimate tensile strength as a function of the α-phase lamella thickness and the structural aluminum and molybdenum equivalents are proposed. A strength diagram is constructed in the coordinates aluminum equivalent–α-lamella thickness–ultimate tensile strength at various molybdenum equivalents. The equivalents and structural parameters that provide the fulfillment of the requirements of industry standards are justified.
