Glass and glass-related products are energy-intensive, starting from melting natural resources at very high temperatures in the furnace, processing through machines to provide the desired shape and size, annealing through lehr, completing QA and QC, packaging, palletisation, dispatch, outbound distribution and delivery to the customer.
