Research offices often face challenges implementing research results but have limited power to overcome the barriers in organizational settings to lead the implementation work on their own. These steps will save the necessary data and information required for implementation work and for determining the value and impact of the research. Project summary reports can be generated to develop implementation plans, support implementation work, and provide data for quantifying research benefits.
