摘要
Herein, a portable kit was developed based on surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy( SERS) technology. The kit was designed to incorporate a gold/silver core-shell nanocolloid solution, which served as the SERS active substrate. Employing this innovative approach, the point-of-care detection of diquat and paraquat in urine was successfully achieved. For diquat analysis, the linear range was from 1 μg/L to 1 mg/L (r2=0.981), with a detection limit of 0.38 μg/L and recoveries ranging from 81.9% to 87.2%. In the case of paraquat, the linear range extended from 5 μg/L to 500 μg/L (r2=0.956), with a detection limit of 1.56 μg/L and recoveries ranging from 88.6% to 114.2%. Notably, this portable kit possesses an affordable cost, facile operation, and suitability for rapid on-site detection. © 2024, Youke Publishing Co.,Ltd. All rights reserved.
