摘要：

Inaccurate balancing of water services can be costly to both the occupier of the building and the contractor alike. This is particularly true of chilled water systems which have a more narrow operating temperature range than heating systems. The article presents some condiderations with regard to chilled water systems as additional to those for hot water systems and clearly qualify the need for increased accuracy in the regulation of flow rates in chilled water systems.
