摘要：
A system is described which enables air traffic controllers to access any of a large number of radio channels by keying in a 2- digit code from a small control unit, thus greatly economizing in desk space. A controller can connect any one channel to each of a number of desk outlets. The system, part of an integrated air traffic control project termed '%'Mediator'%', uses modular construction to cater for progressive expansion.
