On crystallite size dependence of phase stability of nanocrystalline TiO2

摘要
Stability of anatase phase component present in commercial grade powder of TiO2 was investigated. X-ray and electron diffractometric studies were performed to measure the microstructural parameters. An analysis of the dislocation arrangements in the crystallites was also performed. High values of dislocation density were obtained for the anatase phase.
